This is the harbor of Heimaey 
I wanted to know what was the location of the boats that transfere the people to the mainland when the island opend in the east  so all needed to leave the island  

In one of the meatings with other people that left the island that night I desided to ask them to write where the boat thay were in was locaded
 

I askt the people to write on paper : there own name ,name of boat ,location and time of departure according there memory . then it was 46 years from eruption
